1. Send your sample or drawings to us, get the professional quotation immediately!
2. We will make sample after you paid set up cost. And we will take picture for your check. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect
3. Various type of 2D or 3D drawings are acceptable, such as JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF,IGS, STP, X_T, SLDPRT etc.
4. Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirement. For reference: wrapping paper, carton box, wooden case, pallet.
5. Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%. Secondly, for defective batch products, we will conduct an internal review and communicate with the customer in advance, and resend them to you. Alternatively, we can discuss solutions based on the actual situation, including re calling.
